At Moral Code, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or leather goods aren't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain product integrity.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
